Using #00435A as the base for the sidebar and main navigation provided a high-contrast foundation for the CRM.

The Challenge

Fragmented lead management and manual owner verification were causing compliance risks and operational delays. Agents relied on WhatsApp for communication, leading to data loss.

The Solution

Designed a dual-dashboard system: an "Operational Hub" for agents to manage listings/leads and a "Strategic Command" for admins to oversee RERA compliance, Ejari records, and revenue analytics.
